Job Description
Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort is an historic luxury resort located at the foothills of the Catalina Mountains in Tucson Arizona. Summary:To effectively assist food and beverage service and overall logistics of banquet events by way of setup clear communication and teamwork while maintaining the companys standard for excellence resulting in the overall success of banquet events.
Responsibilities:
Uphold the highest level of customer service
Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards all
Maintain a professional appearance
Assist with setup of tables linens chairs etc. for full service of Banquet Events
Provide excellent food and beverage service for Banquet Events
Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures
Maintain sense of urgency when on the service floor
Maintain back of the house front of the house and side work duties for overall productivity of Banquet Events
Maintain positive and professional attitude
Seek council from management when needed
Maintain clear and open communication between all staff members for overall event success
Follow Health and Safety practices at all times
Maintain all Liquor and Health Certifications (Title 4 or TIPS)
Qualifications:
Previous server server experience strongly preferred
Excellent oral communication and listening skills
Ability to follow directions
Excellent customer service skills
Flexible availability is required
