Job Description
Job Title: Data Migration & Data Modeling Lead (SQL Server Oracle 7 Years)
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualification:
- Proven experience leading and delivering end-to-end data migration initiatives including planning design execution and validation while leveraging various integration patterns and technologies in alignment with industry standards best practices and organizational policies.
- Strong background in designing and implementing data models for OLTP systems to meet diverse business requirements including the development of conceptual logical and physical data models.
- Hands-on experience with multiple Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile Waterfall and Iterative with practical application in real-world software development projects.
- Solid expertise in systems analysis encompassing requirements gathering business process modeling and system design.
- Proficient in working with relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as SQL Server and Oracle.
- Advanced SQL skills for querying manipulating and analyzing data in support of reporting data analysis and business intelligence activities including experience with analytic functions and complex data transformation techniques.
- In-depth understanding of data governance principles and practices ensuring high standards of data quality traceability (data lineage) and effective data asset management.
