This is a part time salaried and exempt position. 2529 hours/week; dependent on practice and game schedule. Temp/Seasonal position.
The dates of employment will be5/1/253/31/26. The position is paid over 11 months at 1418.18 per month $15600 total).
Position Overview & Job Duties:
This positions primary duty is coaching (teaching) 90. The coach will provide daily instruction to studentathletes to increase their knowledge and understanding of the sport. Provide strategic direction leadership and motivation to prepare studentathletes. Plan organize and conduct practices to enhance the teams . Educate and enforce safety rules and regulations. Plan and direct physical conditioning programs that will enable athletes to achieve maximum performance. Educate individuals or groups in rules strategies techniques and principles relevant to their particular sport. Evaluate athletes skill level and review performance records to determine their fitness and potential in a particular area of athletics. Keep abreast of changing rules techniques technologies and philosophies relevant to their sport. Ensure compliance with all ACHA rules and regulations for their respective sport program.

Coordinates schedules advertises and runs team.
Teaches/coaches hockey technique and skills.
Approximately 90 of time is spent teaching/coaching.
Schedules and attends all practices for team.
Attends all applicable practices and games.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
Requires the application of expertise in the sport to achieve results. Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification must be provided. Appropriate professional accomplishments and credentials.
Qualifications/Experience Preferred:
Coaching experience with leading planning including program development and innovation program prioritization recruiting fundraising and assessment.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Maturity integrity and ethics.
