The Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) AH64E Apache program has an exciting opportunity for a Business Unit Integrator (Experienced or Senior) on the Program Finance team located in Mesa AZ.

In this role the successful candidate will own Apache development programs and provide strategic guidance for the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) finance portfolio. You will support all aspects of finance including but not limited to: comprehensive Estimates at Completion (EACs) analysis troubleshooting complex problems coach and develop other teammates develop and recommend process tool and program financial improvements monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) maintenance addressing internal and external compliance questions and priorities of the program and leadership.

Position Responsibilities:

• Initiates assignments and leads integration and analysis of resource forecasts and/or EACs for control accounts budgets functions or pools; financial EACs for contracts or programs

• Develops performance reports

• Initiates assignments and leads integration of variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management

• Makes recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience

• Develops reviews analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines including earned value and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends

• Participates in the development of business cases using appropriate indices

• Supports subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues determine root cause and recommend solutions

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring teams discretion and could potentially change in the future.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors Degree or higher in accounting finance business or related field

• 3 years of experience in a related finance position such as Financial Operations Cost Management Accounting Estimating or Financial Planning

• 3 years of experience with Microsoft office suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience with EVM applying DFARS requirements

• Experience utilizing integrated master tools (i.e. CSPR Cost Schedule and Reporting)
