About Scope
Scopes purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. We support people with physical intellectual and multiple disabilities to achieve their goals. Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living short term accommodation (respite) social connections lifestyle options therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.
About The Role
Unique opportunity to work with our participants managingaspects of their NDISfunded supports. An important part of your role will be to develop a collaborative working relationship with the customer groups & and their support networks.
This is aregionbasedposition across the North East region and theremaybe an element of travel involved to meet withparticipants & their support network.
About You
- Demonstrated experience and a working knowledge in creating and implementing Participant Plans within a disability framework with NDIS scheme funding experience.
- Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships with all stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes forthe people we support.
- High level of problemsolving skillsand a keen attention to detail.
