Job Description
Job Title: IT Business Solutions Specialist
Location: Hopewell NJ (Hybrid)
Type: FullTime 5 Years Experience
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic IT Business Solutions Specialistwith over 5 years of experience preferably in pharmaceutical sales and distribution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in business processes data analysis and enterprise systems. A proven ability to leverage emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Machine Learning (ML) to drive business improvement and innovation is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements across finance sales distribution and pricing.
Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Emerging Technologies Integration
Design and deploy AI RPA and ML solutions to automate processes and foster innovation.
Integrate AI/ML models into workflows to enhance forecasting pricing strategies and sales optimization.
Data Management & Analytics
Extract clean and analyze large datasets to support advanced analytics initiatives.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Microsoft Fabric BI.
Enterprise Systems Support
Ensure proper configuration and optimization of systems including SAP S/4HANA (SD FI MM) Vistex Revenue Management Tracelink Serialization Salesforce and Microsoft Fabric.
Project & Vendor Management
Lead IT projects manage timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal IT departments and thirdparty vendors to maintain system integrity and performance.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Data Analytics or related field.
5 years of experience in business analysis preferably within pharmaceutical sales and distribution.
Handson experience with SAP S/4HANA modules and Vistex Revenue Management.
Proficiency in data analysis tools including Microsoft Excel (advanced) Power Query and Microsoft Fabric BI.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python R and SQL.
Experience with RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath Automation Anywhere).
Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
Preferred Skills
Experience with data warehouse platforms and ETL processes.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and services such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Project management certification (e.g. PMP Agile).
Experience with project management tools like Plan View JIRA ALM MS Project and Azure DevOps.
Experience with cloudbased AI/ML platforms such as Microsoft Azure AI Google AI or AWS ML.
Experience in predictive analytics and datadriven decisionmaking using ML models.
