The Plant Operations Coordinator is responsible for planning organizing developing and directing the overall operation of the Maintenance Department.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Three years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a maintenance and/or plan related position
- Knowledgeable of boilers compressors generators various mechanical electrical and plumbing systems
- Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
- Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with other employees at all levels
