Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Auto/BI Adjuster. This is a permanent position with the option for a hybrid or remote work setup. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling litigated and nonlitigated Commercial Auto/Bodily Injury claims primarily in NJ PA and other states.
Responsibilities:
- Manage claims from investigation to resolution
- Handle difficult conversations with professionalism
- Analyze accident reports medical records and legal documents
- Collaborate with adjusters medical experts and accident reconstruction specialists
- Prepare detailed claim summaries and reserve recommendations
Qualifications:
- 57 years in commercial auto claims handling or related adjusting experience
- Strong written/verbal skills for interactions with various stakeholders
- Expertise in commercial auto policies and BI claim regulations
- Experience with fraud detection and SIU referrals
- Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office
Daytoday:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of commercial auto and bodily injury claims conducting thorough investigations and negotiating fair settlements while protecting company interests.
