About the Role:
Sapphire Utility Solutions are looking for a Commercial Administrator to work in our Commercial department supporting the Operations Team and Quantity Surveyors.
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Support Operational team in all daily commercial aspects.
- Accurately value works undertaken and where necessary provide records to substantiate cost to allow prompt issue of Application for payment/invoice in line with contractual timescales.
- Facilitate production of cost reporting.
- Aid collection and collation of data.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Ensure change control process is managed effectively.
- Accepts extra duties as situations arise.
Experience:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong desire to maintain client relationships whilst not compromising contractual entitlement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage own time and work to business priorities and deadlines
- Forward thinking and keen to develop smarter delivery of work.
- Commercially and financially aware.
- Experience in a commercial department would be advantageous
