The Role: What Youll Be Doing
As Commercial Loss Adjuster (National Account Manager) youll work closely with the National Account Director to:
Business Development & Client Management
Be the key point of contact for key national insurance clients
Develop strong longterm relationships and spot opportunities for growth
Promote additional services and solutions to maximise account value
Respond to client queries and resolve issues with professionalism and speed
Account Oversight & Coordination
Ensure all job and client activity is logged monitored and delivered accurately
Support the coordination of services across operations marketing and project teams
Work with internal departments to maintain seamless service delivery
Strategy & Market Expansion
Support in setting commercial targets and account development plans
Identify market trends and support the design of new services to meet evolving client needs
Attend industry events to raise brand awareness and gather insight
Reporting & Administration
Maintain uptodate and accurate client information including MI and financial data
Liaise with accounts for billing and credit control matters
Assist in producing client communications and marketing materials
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in loss adjusting insurance claims or brokerage
Strong account management or clientfacing skills
Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities
The ability to travel nationally as required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
A full UK driving licence
