Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
Develop a robust content calendar that aligns with our marketing objectives and educational
philosophy.
Craft compelling narratives for case studies focusing on the success stories of schools
leveraging Eis products to underscore the impact of our offerings.
Create pedagogically and technically sound content for various channels such as white
papers blogs and stateoflearning reports.
Brand Messaging:
Articulate Eis core value proposition by identifying the unique benefits and differentiators of
our offerings.
Segment audiences and tailor messages that resonate with the specific needs of school
administrators teachers and parents.
Standardize communication across highstake channels and maintain a consistent brand
personality as per the brand guidelines.
Media Relations & Thought Leadership:
Collaborate with various business functions to create compelling marketing collaterals.
Position Ei as a global pioneer in education through PR content marketing and social media
strategies.
Draft content to position Ei as a thought leader in the global K12 learning space to amplify
educational impact and innovation.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector.
Engage with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business
functions and product development.
Enhance teacher and school engagement with Eis products through webinars and support
materials.
Marketing Support & Collaboration:
Provide marketing support to interSBU teams ensuring they are equipped with the right
collaterals and knowledge.
Ensure a high satisfaction rate from internal teams on marketing support as measured by
internal surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Performance Measurement:
Establish key metrics for success across communication initiatives ensuring alignment with
business objectives.
Continuously measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and refine tactics
based on performance data

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing or related field. A Masters degree is
preferred.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a communications role preferably in the B2B
sector.
Demonstrable experience crafting nuanced and technical content managing brand
messaging and engaging with diverse stakeholder groups.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
