The Project Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing project financials cost management and performance tracking to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule. This role involves budgeting forecasting variance analysis and risk management to support project . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills experience in cost control and a deep understanding of construction project financials and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor project budgets forecasts and cost control measures.
Track project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Conduct financial analysis including variance analysis and cash flow monitoring.
Collaborate with project managers finance teams and contractors to optimize cost efficiency.
