Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Integration Center Technician to join our team. The Integration Center Technician will be responsible for integrating hardware and software components to create complete solutions for our clients. This role requires strong technical expertise attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with various team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and test hardware components including servers network devices storage systems and other infrastructure equipment.
Install and configure software applications and operating systems to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
Troubleshoot technical issues identify root causes and implement effective solutions to resolve problems efficiently.
Collaborate with other team members including engineers and project managers to integrate components and implement comprehensive solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation of configurations installations and troubleshooting procedures to ensure consistency and reliability.
Provide technical support to customers including training and assistance with implementing solutions in their environments.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in integrating hardware and software components preferably in a professional IT environment.
Strong technical skills in server administration networking storage systems and software applications.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills with the ability to work in a teamoriented environment.
Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus.
Interviews will be conducted exclusively with individuals who are currently domiciled in the United States as this employment opportunity is not available to candidates from outside the country.
