Responsibilities:
Manage endtoend recruitment processes: from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Post job ads on relevant platforms and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Provide regular updates and reports on hiring metrics.
Requirement:
Prior experience in recruitment talent acquisition or human resources preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and work independently.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn JobStreet etc.
Passionate about people and driven to find the right fit for every role.
Bonus: Experience recruiting in engineering or manufacturing sectors.
