Overview
The Sourcing Partner plays a critical role in identifying engaging and attracting toptier talent to meet our organisations growing demands. By leveraging advanced sourcing techniques AIdriven recruitment tools and sourcing communities this role ensures a robust talent pipeline across all roles within the business. Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing client calibrations and job descriptions to understand the roles to source for deeply
Utilise Boolean search methodology AIpowered sourcing tools and data mining techniques to identify highpotential candidates.
Engage passive talent through proactive outreach leveraging social media platforms job boards and direct networking.
Collaborate with the Recruitment Partners to understand job requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
Telephone screen/initial interview all candidates before presenting to the Recruitment Partners. Updating notes in Zoho and selling the candidate into the Recruitment Partners and Team Leads
Identifying candidates suitability for the role. Tagging and talent pooling as you go and adding all notes to the system ensuring data integrity of the Zoho database.

Research industry trends competitor hiring strategies and emerging technologies to inform and optimize sourcing approaches.
Build and nurture longterm talent pipelines for both immediate hiring needs and future workforce planning.
At all times craft and execute an immaculate candidate experience ensuring all candidates leave the Staff Domain process with a positive experience.
Provide a weekly roundup email to Recruitment Team Leads highlighting the status of the recruitment process and next steps.
Data Management and Reporting
Maintain accurate and timely data entry in Zoho for all recruitment activities.
Submit progress updates to the Recruitment Team Lead as required.
Reporting and Communication
Reports directly to the Sourcing Team Lead.
Provides regular updates on recruitment progress pipeline status and challenges.
Escalates issues and concerns to the Sourcing Team Lead for resolution.
Participate in team meetings calibration sessions and performance reviews.
Compliance and Process Adherence
Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and data privacy standards.
Adhere to candidate control processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Monitor and maintain quality standards in recruitment delivery as directed by the Recruitment Lead.
Skills and Qualifications
Proficient in endtoend recruitment lifecycle management.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sourcing or recruitment role preferably in agency inhouse or BPO/RPO environments.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to run candidate interview processes autonomously
Excellent understanding of various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn job boards internal databases).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
