Were seeking a detailoriented Remote Administrative Assistant to join our clients dynamic hospitality business. This diverse role combines administrative expertise with basic bookkeeping and digital content management responsibilities. Youll be instrumental in streamlining backend operations allowing the business owners to focus on growth and customer experience. This position offers the perfect blend of structured tasks and creative input where youll directly contribute to the businesss operational efficiency while working remotely with modern tools and systems.
Manage daily bookkeeping tasks in Xero including bank reconciliations and data entry
Support payroll processing by reviewing documentation and maintaining accurate records
Update and maintain website content through Squarespace platform
Handle email communications and manage business correspondence
Organize and maintain digital documentation and filing systems
Assist with calendar management and scheduling
Process and organize business documentation
Support various administrative tasks as needed
Experience with Xero accounting software or demonstrated ability to learn quickly
Familiarity with content management systems particularly Squarespace
Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
Excellent written communication skills in English
Fundamental understanding of bookkeeping principles
Proficiency in standard office software and digital tools
Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
Availability during Australian business hours
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week
