Technical Sales Support Shenzhen based

This is a remote role based in Shenzhen China

Tasks

  • Identify new business opportunities generate leads and implement business development initiatives for domestic and overseas audio brands
  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with customers and partners (SoC ODM IDH) to provide tailored solutions and ensure positive experiences
  • Serve as a liaison between customers/partners and the product development/ R&D team incorporating feedback into future products and solutions
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitors
  • Provide technical support and expertise during the sales and business development process including product demonstrations reports technical presentations and training sessions
  • Travel within Dongguan China and occasionally internationally for customer meetings trade shows and industry events

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role preferably in the audio or consumer electronics industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of embedded systems hardware / software technologies and manufacturing processes in the audio or consumer electronics domain
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ideally you have experience in sales within the consumer electronics value chain (ODM IDH semiconductor company)
  • Native Mandarin speaker fluent in English
