Our Government client is looking for a Learning and Development Manager drives the successful delivery of training products and services to end users.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Accountable for managing and leading a team including providing clear and consistent communication setting clear performance and behavioural standards managing performance delegating responsibility and guiding and developing people.
- Accountable for setting work area priorities and managing allocated resources workflows and reporting in alignment with business outcomes. Including codification and transfer of knowledge relating to activities undertaken under contract to Commonwealth Officers.
- Lead and manage the analysis design development conduct and evaluation of complex to very complex learning and development activities. This includes the use of elearning solutions where appropriate or required.
- Apply expert advice to influence business decisions using knowledge of learning and development products services policies and systems.
Location and Contract Term
The preferred location is ACT Canberra. 12 months contracts with 2 X 12 months extensions
Security Requirements
All candidates must have a Positive Vetting (TSPV)
