Job Role:Residential Night Concierge (Supported Housing)

Salary: 19728 per year

Hours: 4 on 4 off 7 PM 3 AM

Contract type: Permanent

Location: Bath

Additional information:

  • This role involves weekend and bank holiday working working on a 4 on 4 of basis
  • Please note that the shifts and hours are waking nightshifts that require individuals to be aware and alert throughout the duration

The Role:

As a Residential Night Concierge youll be the overnight and weekend onsite presence at Julian Houses supported accommodations. Working independently youll ensure the safety and security of both the building and its residents while fostering positive relationships with neighbours and the community.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the safety and security of the buildings and the facilities through routine property checks
  • Be the first point of contact for the oncall support worker
  • Maintain a full and accurate log of events during the shift
  • Actively ensure the security of the building monitoring CCTV and patrolling at regular intervals through the evening and night
  • In the absence of cleaning staff carry out any cleaning duties of common areas

Since job descriptions cannot be exhaustive the post holder may be required to undertake other duties which are broadly in line with the above key responsibilities

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar overnight role is preferred but not required as full training and induction will be given
