Role Overview
As our Concierge youll be the face of our guest experience creating meaningful connections and turning moments into lifelong memories.
What Youll Do:
- Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized recommendations to ensure an exceptional stay.
- Assist with reservations transportation event tickets and any special requests.
- Share your insider knowledge of Bucharests best-kept secretsrestaurants cultural landmarks and must-see attractions.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a seamless and luxurious guest journey.
- Uphold Marriotts standards of service ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
What Were Looking For:
- A natural people-person with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
- Local knowledge of Bucharests attractions events and services.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage but enthusiasm and a positive attitude are what matter most!
