International trade/logistics major or related experiences are a plus.
How you will thrive and create an impact
As a major team contributor this person will partner with carriers to:
Monitor daily operation of CS team and solve trouble.
Train and support junior CSR to work in a productive/ lean/ efficient way.
Support to set up SOP to meet the spirit of SPEED and ACCURACY.
Check the material validity and price effectiveness in SAP.
Generate quotes upon Accounts Managers or customers requests in SAP.
Enter valid orders to initiate product shipment.
Working with supply chain to make sure goods arrival to meet the customers required delivery date.
Contact with the customer to make sure the valid certificates for chemical goods or DGs.
Manage orders to ensure complete and on time delivery.
Create on time invoices upon delivery or completion of installation.
Manage returned and defective products to Logistic Centers and provide credits to customers.
Contribute to continuous quality improvements to ensure business compliance.
Take ownership of customers issues and resolutions.
Ensures highest level of customer satisfaction (internal and external).
ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT (Under Typical Positions)
Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems.
A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on routine basis.
Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking standing bending reaching lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 10 lbs.
