Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle forroles from sourcing to onboarding
Partner with store leaders to understand their staffing needs and build recruitment strategies
Attract and engage top talent through job boards social media recruitment platforms and headhunting
Screen CVs conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes efficiently
Maintain a talent pipeline and database of potential candidates
Ensure recruitment aligns with Browns values culture and high standards of service

Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter ideally in retail or luxury environments
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms
A passion for people and a strong understanding of customer service culture
