You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Senior Program Analyst is responsible for supporting IT projects troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems and services. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify and implement technology solutions that align with business objectives. The Senior Program Analyst will also mentor junior staff and contribute to the strategic planning of IT service management. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support for hardware software and network issues. Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems ensuring minimal downtime over the calls as well. Develop and implement troubleshooting procedures and guidelines. Systems Administration: Oversee the administration of IT systems including servers networks and applications. Ensure system security performance and availability. Perform regular system updates patches and backups. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems configurations and processes. Prepare regular reports on system performance incidents and project status. Develop user manuals and training materials for Leadership and Development: Mentor and guide junior IT staff providing training and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:Graduation in any field3 years of experience in IT support systems administration or a similar role. Strong knowledge of server infrastructure including Windows and IT service in troubleshooting and resolving hardware software and network issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ITIL and Azure certifications are a plus. Analytical and problemsolving skills. Technical Skills:Candidate should possess good technical skills and have strong knowledge of tools like Active Directory VPN Office365 DNS DHCP ITIL ServiceNow JIRA Confluence and basic SQL knowledge.
