Purpose:
We are looking for a qualified Hot Kitchen CDP (Chef de Partie)
Responsibilities
Specific section of the kitchen where hot dishes is prepared
Strong culinary skills
Time management
The ability to work under pressure as the hot kitchen is typically fastpaced.
