As our TSO Hospitality Coordinator youll play a hands-on role in delivering exceptional service to our TSO employees by preparing and serving fresh meals managing daily kitchen operations and supporting the Hospitality Manager in creating a positive and polished food experience.
In this role youll collaborate closely with Commercial team partners manage day-to-day service needs and bring a proactive spirit to every shift. Whether youre prepping for the lunch rush rotating inventory or collecting payment at the register your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality will help create a wonderful experience.
What will you be doing
- You will deliver excellent service by using sound judgment sharing feedback on offerings and collaborating with your team and vendors to quickly resolve any issues.
- You will support daily meal service by prepping ingredients testing new offerings maintaining accurate menus and processing payments with efficiency and care.
- You will ensure a clean safe kitchen environment by sanitizing equipment rotating inventory and upholding all health code standards.
- You will manage deliveries by receiving and storing products properly while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
About you
- You will have a couple of years of experience working in a kitchen. Preferably experience working with several different types of equipment like conveyer ovens fryer high batch oven etc.
- You have great organizational and time management skills to ensure that all food safety procedures are being followed.
- You thrive in both collaborative and independent work environments while consistently delivering excellent customer service to all employees at the Theatre Support Office.
