Overview
#TeamCandour are working with a multi award winning solutions provider to source a passionate and experienced ServiceNow Solutions Consultant to join their team and guide customers through the digital transformation journey with the ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Consultant you will play a crucial role in solution development client engagement and knowledge management contributing to the growth of the ServiceNow implementation business.
Responsibilities
- Solution Development: Be the inhouse expert for ServiceNow solutions crafting solutions for complex client needs and providing expert recommendations for implementations.
- Sales & Client Engagement: Support sales teams with technical and functional inquiries lead preliminary scoping sessions and engage with a wide range of client stakeholders.
- Knowledge Acquisition & Management: Maintain ServiceNow certifications stay informed on all delta releases and engage in internal knowledge sharing through webinars and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in a similar position with a blend of technical expertise industry insights and exceptional communication skills.
- Strong handson experience with ServiceNow ITSM and at least one additional major application suite.
- Must hold at least one (three preferred) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
- Must have ServiceNow Sales and PreSales Accreditation in Platform ITSM and one additional specialist area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at presenting to diverse audiences.
- Selfmotivated and disciplined with a strong ability to manage multiple complex projects.
Daytoday
- Collaborate with the team to craft innovative ServiceNow solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and certifications.
