Job Title: Air Export Coordinator 12 month FTC)
Location: Uxbridge UK

We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented Air Export Coordinator to join our dynamic Exports team in Uxbridge on a 12 month fixedterm contract. This pivotal role ensures the seamless coordination of international shipments from collection through to delivery maintaining the highest levels of customer service compliance and operational efficiency.
You will liaise with clients carriers and internal departments ensuring accurate documentation customs clearance and timely movement of goods. Strong communication organisation and IT skills are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage endtoend export processes including collections airline bookings and final delivery arrangements
Prepare and verify shipping documentation including AWBs invoices and customs declarations
Arranging collections from customers and deliveries to airline
Booking flights with airlines
Finalising Consolidations
Handle special shipment types such as GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and Dangerous Goods (DG) ensuring strict adherence to procedures
Coordinate customs clearances with knowledge of IPRs SIEL/OIEL licenses and Carnet procedures
Finalise consolidations and conduct postflight checks
Closing of files completing invoicing on job level
Maintain accurate records and data entry using inhouse systems and office software
Ensure timely and professional communication with customers suppliers and colleagues
Collaborate closely with team members and escalate issues to the senior management as required
Undertake any additional duties as assigned by management
What does the right candidate look like
Previous Air Freight operations experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word). Experience with AS400 and ASM Sequoia is a plus but not essential
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
A basic understanding of Aviation Security requirements
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
Effective team player who thrives in a fastpaced environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload independently
Selfmotivated with a problemsolving mindset
