Position Description:
The coordinator of CCRR is responsible for ensuring agencies support Child Care centers and registered family child care homes by providing researchbased coaching technical assistance group training and emergency respite care. In addition the agencies provide an Early Learning Resource Center that supports families and the early learning community with connections and resources.
Reports To: Director of Early Childhood Network Services
Scope of Responsibility:
Recruit train and supervise CCRR team members to ensure full implementation of the
CCRR grant according to LDE guidelines.
Develop the CCRR Professional Development Plan to increase quality in early learning
centers for teachers leaders and Family Child Care (FCC).
Coordinate professional development for CCRR group training for early childcare teachers
and leaders.
Complete all reports required by the LDE in regard to CCRR.
Support all work around the CCRR including facilitating meetings supporting FCCs
website development reference manual etc.
Create and distribute a weekly newsletter to childcare providers.
Ensure full implementation of the coaching model evaluate the fidelity of implementation
and ensure the success of coaching targets and outcomes according to grant timelines
Collaborate with community partners the Director of Network Services and the Executive
Director of Early Childhood on raising School Readiness Tax Credits (STRC) funds.
Provide professional development.
Ensure monthly deliverables for professional development coaching and technical
assistance are met via the Education Management of Services (MOS) system.
Hold (at least) quarterly CCRR steering committee meetings.
Participate in all LDE meetings and webinars associated with CCRR.
Any other duties assigned by the Director of Network Services.
Skills and Qualifications:
Successful candidates will be detailoriented independent selfstarters who demonstrate an unwavering commitment to raising student achievement and who have a record of high performance in challenging situations and will also demonstrate:
An earned Bachelors Degree in education from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of three 3 years of teaching experience
Successful and documentable experience that impacted student achievement.

Technology skills such as proficiency in word processing software (e.g. Microsoft Word
Google Docs) strong data entry skills with the ability to manage and input information
accurately into data systems and experience with website support and maintenance
including troubleshooting and assisting with content updates.
Maintain current Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) certifications in Infant
Toddler and PreK.
High degree of professionalism with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
whileconsistently demonstrating sound judgment and disciplined thinking.
The ability to organize and motivate people.
Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
Integrity initiative and good moral character.
Ability to relate to students staff administration parents and community.
Possess desirable attributes of personality enthusiasm and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of working with diverse individuals at all levels to drive decision
making results.
The ability to be visionary and strategic is essential.
Desirable Qualifications:
Masters or advanced degree in education preferred
Physical Involvement:
Sitting is required most of each work day. Must be able to operate office equipment. Standing walking reaching bending and lifting up to 10 pounds is sometimes required. Ability to provide own transportation to schools work locations and meeting sites. Mobility skills necessary to access a variety of workloc ations including locations not on the ground floor.
