Job Purpose
Removes printed products from web presses and processes it through the bundler ensuring the quality of the product.
Essential Functions:
- Reviews job ticket for title form and quantities.
- Prepares skid tickets stating signatures per bundle and how many bundles per skid.
- When the run begins check the pagination of pages and ensure that bundles are uniform & placed in a preset pattern on the skid.
- Informs Press Operator of quality standard problems.
- Reviews skid ticket to ensure proper tagging when a skid is loaded to quantity.
- Throughout the run helps keep track of a specified amount of product and notifies Press Operator when the run is complete.
- Notifies Material Control that skids are ready to be placed in storage at the end of the run
The position is subject to preemployment background checks and drug testing.
