This position is for Seamless Education and Services Pvt. Ltd (SEAS) which has 2 divisions:

Job Title / Designation: JUNIOR IT EXECUTIVE
Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and techsavvy Junior IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of handson experience in providing technical support troubleshooting hardware/software issues and assisting in daily IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide firstlevel technical support to users for hardware software and networkrelated issues.
- Install configure and maintain desktop/laptop systems printers and other IT equipment.
- Perform regular system backups software updates and antivirus management.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure and resolve connectivity issues.
- Support user account setup and management in Active Directory/O365.
- Assist in asset inventory management and documentation.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Follow IT policies and security procedures.
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 12 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
Location(s) of Job: Pune (Ajinkya DY Patil University)
Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science IT or related field.
Specific Skill Set :
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS MS Office networking and remote desktop tools.
- Familiarity with Active Directory Office 365 and antivirus solutions.
- Good problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Any other skill set:
- Exposure to ITIL practices or IT certifications like CompTIA A MCP etc.
