At PwC our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the daytoday operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding offboarding payroll and benefits administration absence management employee recordkeeping compliance with labour laws and regulations and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.

Those in human resource operations at PwC will focus on all areas of Human Resources and the business in executing Human Resources related transactions and administrative activities. You will be a primary HR point of contact in the resolution escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HR protocols and guidelines as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to .

Job Description & Summary: Managing end to end preonboarding process & candidate journey from offer acceptance to joining of all management levels

Responsibilities:

1. Managing end to end preonboarding process of offer accepted candidates. 2. Managing end to end candidate journey till joining.

3. Managing business and stakeholders

4. Ensuring all preonboarding worker id creation DOJ change addendum process for on roll employees is done on timely basis.

5. Compliant with the process

6. Ensuring meeting KPIs/SLA on timely basis

Mandatory skill sets:

1. Worked in E2E preonboarding process Talent Acquisition

2. Ability to perform variety of transactional administrative and processing tasks using an established knowledge base system to ensure consistency and conformity of work allocated.

3. Excellent in Verbal and written communication skills

4. Experience in people management Not required

5. Expertise in HR shared services/ Policy & Processes onboarding process stakeholder management and is experienced in Human capital operation management

Preferred skill sets: Expert in Excel Power point presentation and MS word

Years of experience required: 1 years

Education qualification: Graduate with preferably some prior experience in HR shared services/ Policy & Processes preonboarding process
