Columbus Technical College is seeking an individual to serve as a fulltime Institutional Effectiveness Program Specialist. The Institutional Effectiveness Specialist assists with the design development and implementation of system educational research and evaluation planning data collection and analysis and operational planning. This position is fulltime/nonexempt.
Responsibilities:
Assists in the Colleges institutional research activities including collecting analyzing interpreting and reporting information for use in datadriven decision making.
Reviews planning documents to collect compile and analyze basic institutional data for research planning and budgeting;
Assists in performing data analysis interpreting results preparing summaries and reports;
Publishes data reports and maintains accurate accreditation information on the Colleges webpage.
Assists the supervisor and other specialists in coordinating developing and conducting staff development;
Assists in the design development and implementation of internal and external surveys and collects results of surveys and formats results for use in analysis and evaluation by the appropriate unit.
Assists in maintaining records necessary for college accreditation and programspecific accreditation licensure and certification.
Maintains the Institutional Effectiveness calendar.
Provides assistance to users of the colleges IE Software and institutional research needs.
Works closely with the institutional accreditation liaison to the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC).
Assist in database management.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree in related *and* three 3 years of related work experience
Note: Experience may substitute for the degree on a yearforyear basis
Salary/Benefits:
Salary is low to mid 30s annually. Benefits include state holidays annual leave and sick leave State of Georgia Retirement Health and Flexible Benefits Program.
