Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for Identifying prospecting and acquiring new schools in the designated territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers (management
principal teachers parents students)
Understand schools needs and requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition
of our solutions
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Ensure that all services are delivered efficiently and product usage is optimum
Support Sales leadership in forecasting annual quarterly and monthly sales goals
Coordinating with internal teams for minimum response time to ensure client satisfaction
Cultivating and closing the leads generated by Inside Sales Team
Need to be meticulous and regularly keep track of Sales activities in CRM
Be cognizant of market industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and share the
learnings with Product and Marketing teams
Ensure timely collection of receivables from schools

Requirements
Knowledge Skills and Experience
Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA in any discipline.
Proven track record of success in institutional sales with minimum 3 years of experience.
Strong understanding of edtech domain including market dynamics trends and competitive
landscape.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex client needs into actionable sales
strategies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Extensive experience of travel and knowledge of the region would be a distinct advantage.
Experience of achieving revenue target and interaction with clients (schools) directly
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Powerpoint)
