JOB OVERVIEW
An opportunity has arisen for an HR Assistant to join the HR Team at Kent College Canterbury.
The HR Assistant will provide the school with an effective operational resources service within the HR Team and support the daytoday HR operations. The successful candidate will have strong communication and administration skills and a working knowledge of HR and Payroll systems with the ability to demonstrate skills and competence using Microsoft Office. They will be educated to A level or hold an appropriate CIPD professional qualification (Level 3 or above).
The position is parttime 24 hours per week Monday to Friday. There is flexibility on how the hours are worked throughout the week and there is the possibility of the role being termtime only.
