ROLE SUMMARY
The ECommerce Manager plays a pivotal role in planning and bringing our commercial strategy to life through our own ecommerce key customers and regional key customers with ecommerce channel. This role is responsible for building and ensuring a strong JBP and finding reciprocal business value and big business ideas from our ecommerce customers like Uber DoorDash and Instacart. This role has a deep understanding of the online shopper the online category and sales and pack sales trends to speak and influence customers on the benefit of bev alc online channel. This role supports our ecommerce marketing manager to build effective marketing campaigns that is value to our customers and translating that activity to commercial results and value back to Labatt . This role leverages datadriven insights to refine and advance our ecommerce strategies and prioritize our budget and spend with the right customers win the winners/customer prioritization.
