Key Responsibilities:
Measure and fit customers for clothing items.
Perform seamstress duties including sewing rank insignia and badges.
Complete basic sewing tasks such as hemming ironing alterations and medal mounting.
Accept and inspect returned items for serviceability and reissue.
Maintain records of stock movements.
Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness in your work area.
Comply with all company WHS Risk and Environmental policies.
Perform keyboard tasks and data entry.
About you:
Proficient in hand stitching and sewing machine alterations
Experience with heavyduty sewing machines is an advantage
Basic computer literacy
Customer service experience and confidence in facetoface interaction.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
Current drivers license and reliable transportation
Must be eligible to hold a Defence of Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen.
