Content Moderator with a Video Streaming Corporation (Danish Language)
Content Moderators play a vital and rewarding role in maintaining the safety of online communities by ensuring that harmful content is prevented. By contributing to the protection of online communication spaces content moderators help create positive inclusive and safe environments for everyone making the work both meaningful and impactful.
While the role comes with its challenges it is a truly fulfilling job. As part of the responsibilities you will be tasked with reviewing and analyzing content sometimes including sensitive or graphic material. However this crucial work helps ensure that harmful content is swiftly identified and addressed promoting a safer online environment for all users.

DaytoDay Responsibilities:

Proficiency in Danish (C1/C2 and English (B2

Review user flagging reports regarding website content

Stay informed and uptodate on client policies and guidelines

Analyze and identify noncompliant content and flag it for action promptly

Review reported content within set turnaround times and quality standards

Spot trends patterns and escalate issues beyond established policies

Apply marketspecific knowledge to find solutions that improve user community support

Review sensitive content which may involve graphic discriminatory or disturbing subjects
