Job Description

Primary Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and manage reports related to sales activities.
  • Handle communication with clients and prospects ensuring timely and professional responses.

 

Specific Responsibility

  • Support the sales team in generating leads managing followups and entering data.
  • Input data into the system for the preparation and issuance of proposals.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of new clients.
  • Ensure Salesforce system is updated with accurate and uptodate client and prospect information.
  • Organize and maintain records of client interactions sales activities and related data.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
  • At all times adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regards for the health and safety of SGS
  • employees and clients in line with SGS Policies and procedures.
  • At all times comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by his/her superior.

Qualifications :

Qualitfication

  • Diploma in Marketing Business or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous experience in sales support marketing or a related role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.

 

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics SEO SEM) is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a positive attitude.
  • Strong problemsolving and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for marketing and sales.


Additional Information :

  • Able to communicate well with all stakeholder either external or internal.
  • Tenacious with followup.
  • Good organization skills including report writing.
  • Highly developed public speaking skills.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written) with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Logical approach to problem solving.
  • Use of independent judgement and creativity applied to resolution sales issues.
  • Selfstarter and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Team player and dynamic.
  • Demonstrates personal integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Acts quickly and decisively; able to make tough calls.
