Job Overview
We are seeking a selfdriven and dynamic Business Development Executive to promote and sell diplomalevel practical courses designed and delivered by experts. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sales background good knowledge of CRM and lead management systems and the ability to work independently in a remote setup. This role offers a performancedriven / industry standard KRA & KPI based salary structure and the opportunity to contribute to a highimpact learnerfocused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Course Promotion
Posting the courses & details on social media pages and make calls.
Working with marketing team & Course coordinators to design the flyers marketing materials.
Sales and Business Development
Following up with leads from social media and other contacts sources.
Connecting and explain to the prospective learners / course participants.
Converting the leads to participants.
Resolving the queries and maintaining the relationship with the participants.
Lead Management
Use CRM tools to manage and nurture leads ensuring a seamless sales process.
Conduct timely followups to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Market Research and Strategy
Research market trends and course participants needs to optimize sales strategies.
Develop targeted outreach campaigns to attract a professional audience.
Reporting and Analysis
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and course participants interactions.
Analyze data to refine approaches and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales or business development preferably in the education or professional training sector.
CRM Knowledge: Good experience in using CRM tools and lead management platforms.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to persuade negotiate and close deals.
SelfStarter: Highly motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using tools like Zoom Microsoft Teams and online collaboration platforms Zoho Office365
CustomerCentric: A deep understanding of client needs and a proactive approach to addressing them.
