Job Description
Locations: Tucson Fully remote
Salary Range: 80K plus commission
Our client a professional services company is seeking a Business Development Manager on a FullTime basis. Our client is in growth mode and is expanding into new markets. This role is a blend of inside and outside sales activities (cold calling door knocking and networking) in the Tucson market.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:
- Actively seeks out acquires and nurtures potential clients while keeping the CRM system updated daily.
- Handles and follows up on sales inquiries through calls emails and scheduled meetings each day.
- Conducts a set number of sales meetings each week with prospective clients focusing on small to midsized businesses to promote HR outsourcing solutions.
- Creates tailored proposals and presents customized solutions to prospective clients.
- Represents the company at business meetings trade shows networking functions seminars and conferences as needed.
- Maintains open communication with the team and leadership to share progress address challenges and highlight successes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of B to B Inside and Outside sales experience.
- Skill to be proactive in prospecting and coldcalling.
- Skilled in sales territory management.
- Skill to use and compose clear comprehensive and accurate verbal and written communication and reports.
- Skill to use Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook with proficiency.
- Skill to manage multiple projects.
- Skill to research and analyze data and prepare recommendations and conduct negotiations.
- Skill to effectively plan organize and prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines.
