Job Description
Aeris Resources are currently seeking applications for Mining Engineers at our Cracow Gold Operations based in Central Queensland.
Reporting to the Mine Engineering Superintendent the Mining Engineer will own production drill and blast and short term scheduling. Working closely with the operational and technical teams to keep operations provided with all the required plans and direction needed to succeed whilst identifying improvement opportunities.
This is a rare opportunity to join a small closeknit team where you can work with autonomy whilst still having the support of experienced senior engineers. At Cracow your ideas improvements and strategies are not only heard they are actually trialled and implemented!

About You
You are collaborative organised and conscientious with demonstrated underground experience but above all else you want to learn and develop your career as a mining engineer.
You will also possess the following
- Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering
- Australian drivers license
- 1 to 5 years in mining operations planning and/or production roles
- Planning and drill and blast experience in an underground hard rock metalliferous environment
- Experience using Deswik and Ventsim software
- Strong communication and organising skills
- The ability to working autonomously whilst being a strong team player within the Technical Services department

Cracow is an Underground Gold Operation located some 500km Northwest of Brisbane. Employing 220 people.
