The Northern Virginia Regional Projects Office (NVRPO) is excited to announce the position of the NVRPO Finance Manager to join the team! This position serves as regional representative of budget functions and senior manager for grants supervising a team of professionallevel staff. Ensures department is in compliance with the applicable state federal and county requirements financial policies regulations and procedures. Develops and maintains linkage with clinical and operational regional stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of the needs of the regional programming and better meet the fiduciary needs of the region while also maintaining strict adherence to funding support from the various sources (federal state local).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduation from an accredited fouryear college or university with either a bachelors degree in accounting business administration public administration public policy or related field; plus four years of professionallevel experience in finance business administration budgeting or contract management a masters degree in a related field or CPA may substitute for 1 year of experience.

The work is generally sedentary and is usually performed in an office environment. Incumbent is required to attend evening meetings offsite make presentations and communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing. All duties performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
