How youll contribute
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment process by coordinating all aspects of talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop job ads based on existing job descriptions and post to various job boards.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers including arranging travel if needed.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Create maintain and update recruitment and candidate reports including biweekly operational reports.
- Organize and attend job fairs college/university career fairs and other recruitment events to attract top talent.
- Coordinate all onboarding activities including offer letter new hire paperwork safety training interdepartmental training first day manager lunch etc.
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and a positive first day.
- Submit and track preemployment checks and assessments as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support the recruitment process and team.
What youll bring
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in a recruiting or HR support role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
