**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims ensuring compliance with warranty policies and providing exceptional support to customers and service departments. This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Process warranty claims in accordance with established company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
Review warranty documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Liaise with customers dealers and service departments to gather information related to warranty claims.
Maintain accurate records of warranty claims approvals and denials in the company database.
Analyze warranty trends and identify areas for improvement in product performance and service processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of warranty policies procedures and training materials.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements associated with warranty processing.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues related to warranty claims.
Generate reports for management on warranty claims and associated costs.
Collaborate with the engineering and quality assurance teams to provide feedback on warranty claims and product defects.
**Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in warranty administration claims processing or a related field is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical documents and warranty policies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) and experience with warranty management software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
