- Accept and processes Special Inventory Tax payments. Balance and input daily transactions personally accountable for shortages.
- Assists taxpayers and the public by responding to questions or directing them to the proper person.
- Maintains knowledge of current laws and regulations relating to Special Inventory Tax.
- Files customer records supporting documentation and information from other agencies. Prepares transaction reports as needed.
- Exceptional organizational skills: ability to retain and follow detailed instructions; be a team player.
- Ability to learn and comprehend established office routines and policies from oral and written instructions.
- Understanding of ethicsconfidentiality issues; ability to climb ladder and occasional lifting of objects up to 50 pounds.
REQUIREMENTS: High school diplomaGED.
SALARY: $15.00 hourly 29 Hours/week)
CLOSING DATE: Upon filling position
