What Youll Be Doing
Providing administrative support to the EAC managers
Serving as the first point of contactresponsible for answering EAC phone & email walkin inquiries and directing communication to the appropriate personnel
Training student workers (receptionists and scribes) and assisting with their supervision of the office
Assisting students in using assistive technology
Scanning and managing official disabilityrelated documents in a confidential system
Scheduling exams proctor spaces and meetings for the EAC team and students
Coordinating mobility support services such as cart rides for students with accessibility needs
Managing office supplies processing budget transfers and monitoring expenditures
Maintaining statistics on student visits and program use for reporting purposes
Representing EAC at events like Welcome Week and attending relevant university meetings and gatherings
Qualifications
Associates degree (Bachelors degree preferred)
Experience in a fastpaced office environment (higher education setting preferred)
Strong computer literacy and proficiency with standard office equipment
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Typing and keyboarding proficiency
Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment
Evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement. In addition staff agree to live in agreement with PLNUs Community Life Covenant.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The work is primarily sedentary and may require sitting for extended periods of time.
Use of computer equipment: computer keyboard mouse and monitor.
Vision to read documents email and other correspondence and reports on paper and computer monitor.
Ability to communicate effectively with others in person and by phone. Will also stand stoop push pull and lift up to 10 lbs. throughout the day.
