Job Description:
Under the general direction of the FiveWeek Program Directors the Senior Office Assistant is responsible for the general operation of the FiveWeek Office. The person in this role interfaces with families and FiveWeek students assesses student needs and assists with troubleshooting as necessary. The person in this position acts as a resource for students staff and faculty and assists in the preparation and organization of program materials.Office of Summer Programs satellite FiveWeek Performance Program Office
Temporary fulltime 35 hours per week)
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Capabilities:
Computer literacy in Mac PC required
Customer service background excellent communications skills strongly preferred
Experience in music education
Strong organizational skills
Duties will include:
Attending to the needs of program participants their parents FiveWeek faculty and related staff via phone/email and in person
General clerical support
Communicating with parents regarding student attendance matters
Communicating with and following up with teaching staff regarding attendance issues
