P3C3STSJDThis role requires a seasoned Business Analyst with 7 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management system implementation & support specifically in Oracle and tracking goals objectives scope business rationale and highlevel requirementsPrepare & maintain a comprehensive Operations and Governance GuideAnalyze current functionality gaps and gathering user perceptionsSupport efforts to bridge gaps between business needs and technical solutions Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into system functionalitiesSupport the design develop and maintain workflows to automate and streamline business processesPrepare and present user training & knowledge base articlesEscalate problematic data quality / process issues to ensure adequate oversight and remediationSupport process improvements strategy discussions and stakeholder communication Mandatory SkillsExperience in implementation of centralized planning budgeting and forecasting solution that integrates financial and operational planning processes and improves business predictabilityBasic understanding of Hyperion architectureParticipation in medium to largescale Digital Transformation programsFamiliarity with Agile philosophy and Design PrinciplesExcellent documentation & interpersonal skillsComfortable with MS Visio process mapping principlesExcellent stakeholder management communication and problemsolving skills
