General Summary
As Social Media Manager you will be equal parts storyteller copywriter and producer. Your mission is to grow our reach engage our audience and spread our message leveraging all social media platforms. This position will be responsible for implementing our social media and advocacy strategies and will also be directly responsible for sourcing creating scheduling and analyzing posts across various social media networks. This position works closely with the Marketing Sales and Product Teams and reports to the Manager of Content on the Brand Marketing.

Core Functions:
- Work closely with the marketing leads and other key stakeholders to create social media campaigns that support our Brand Growth and Product marketing strategies.
- Source and create creative topical onbrand content from industry leaders partners influencers and existing inhouse content sources.
- Demonstrate mastery of the TrainingPeaks voice tone and visual style by ensuring all social media content adheres to brand guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to work with social media influencers build influencer marketing strategies and campaigns and collaborate with influencers to activate their networks.
- Create compelling visuals video audio etc. for all posts.
- Manage our content calendar and post to social channels daily.
- Track and analyze social media and advocacy analytics and utilize the data to gain insights and positively affect future outcomes.
- Grow our social media following across all channels with hypertargeted followers.
- Stay uptodate on social media trends and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to engage with potential customers.
- Drive organic engagement and traffic to our marketing website.
- Engage with influencers and partners to help grow and maintain relationships.
- Create and manage a community of super users.
- Monitor all social channels and respond appropriately to customer feedback.
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify coaches for testimonials and/or case studies.
- Actively seek out opportunities for photo or video shoots to fill the content library with nonstock assets.
- Actively seek out opportunities to create (video) content with existing customers and influencers.
- Work closely with other members of the marketing team to bring these to life.
- Coach and mentor junior team members who are actively involved in social media as part of their role.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- A passion for social media marketing and analytics.
- Minimum 3 years of social media marketing experience.
- Experience using major social media platforms in a business setting.
- Experience using social media analysis tools.
- Experience with social media advertising and brand advocacy programs.
- Excellent writing editing and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and customeroriented.
- Basic creative skills with Adobe Creative Suite Figma or similar products.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Later Buffer etc..

- Deep understanding of endurance sports.
- Experience using our products and services.
- Bachelors degree in marketing business or related field.

Compensation:
Peaksware/TrainingPeaks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual compensation range for this role in Colorado is $58477 $97461. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates relevant work experience skills and certifications.
This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment that is welllighted heated and/or airconditioned with adequate ventilation and a noise level that is usually moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers and filing cabinets.
