Duties:
As a preapprentice line instructor you will be responsible for preparing students for a career in the electric linework industry by teaching fundamental skills safety protocols and industry knowledge through a combination of classroom instruction and practical handson training.
Required Qualifications:
- Possess proven experience 5 to 10 years) in the electric linework industry preferably as a Journeyman Lineman or Foreman.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with additional training or certifications in electrical linework.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a strong understanding of electrical principles safety regulations and linework practices.
- 10 years of experience as a Journeyman Lineman or Foreman.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing poles and working at heights.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
